Kite Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Senior Medical Director to provide clinical oversight across one or more trials and guide teams in high-quality study design and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes translation of research findings into development opportunities and collaboration with investigators and regulatory affairs. MD/DO with 6+ years in clinical research or drug development is required; neurology board certification and late-stage trial leadership are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with 6+ years of clinical research or drug development experience.
• Board certification in neurology preferred; late-stage trial experience desired.
• Experience leading phase 1–3 trials and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and medical monitoring to one or more clinical trials.
• Lead project teams to design and implement clinical studies.
• Write protocols, investigator brochures, clinical study reports and review trial documents.
• Translate findings from research into clinical development opportunities.
• Interact with investigators, regulatory affairs and external stakeholders.
• Support regulatory filings (BLA/MAA) and responses to authorities; IND submissions.
