Qualifications

• MD/DO or international equivalent in a clinical setting; residency preferred.
• 5+ years (7+ preferred) of clinical trial experience in pharma/academia.
• Ability to run a complex clinical research program independently.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to lead a global cross-functional team.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of clinical trial methodology and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of clinical development programs across multiple molecules.
• Oversee clinical study teams, monitor study integrity, and ensure enrollment timelines.
• Guide regulatory submissions and responses with cross-functional partners.
• Mentor Medical Directors and Clinical Scientists working on related programs.
• Chair Clinical Strategy Team(s) and contribute to cross-functional development plans.
