AbbVie is seeking a clinical development leader to drive program design, oversee study teams, and ensure high-quality data delivery across therapeutic areas. The role requires MD/DO with strong trial oversight, leadership, and communication skills.

The incumbent will coordinate with Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory teams to align strategies, timelines, and scientific content, while staying current with industry standards and guidelines.

Competenze

• Medical Doctor (MD), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), or non-US equivalent with relevant specialty.
• Minimum 5 years (7 preferred) of clinical trial experience in pharma, academia, or equivalent.
• Ability to lead complex clinical research programs independently.
• Proven leadership and ability to influence across cross-functional teams.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Lead design and execution of multiple clinical development programs within the overall plan.
• Oversee study teams, ensure integrity and timely deliverables.
• Assess and report serious adverse events per policy and regulations.
• Prepare protocols, Investigator Brochures, CSRs, and regulatory submissions.
• Provide clinical leadership to CSTs and coordinate with ADTs and leadership boards.
• Represent AbbVie clinically in external meetings and collaborations.
