Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Medical Director, Aesthetics & Reconstruction, to provide medical leadership across Medical Affairs, evidence generation, and external scientific engagement. The candidate should be a board-certified plastic surgeon with extensive experience in aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery, capable of building relationships with leading surgeons and societies.

The role may be remote, with preferred locations Irvine, CA and Raritan, NJ, and requires travel

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Current board certification in Plastic Surgery required.
• Significant clinical experience in aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior medical subject-matter expert for aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery.
• Provide medical and scientific leadership for breast implants and related technologies.
• Lead evidence generation, clinical development, and physician education.
• Engage with KOLs and professional societies to advance medical strategy.
