Qualifications

• MD or DO and board certification in Plastic Surgery is required.
• Significant experience in aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery.
• Excellent scientific communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical and scientific leadership for breast implants, tissue expanders, and related technologies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with national and international KOLs and surgeons.
• Lead evidence generation, clinical strategy, and physician education within Medical Affairs.
• Represent Johnson & Johnson MedTech at major scientific congresses and meetings.
• Translate external medical insights into actionable medical strategy.
