Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc in Franklin Lakes, NJ seeks a Senior R&D Engineer for an 8-month contract on W2. You will contribute to the Specimen Management and Specimen Acquisition Platform, applying engineering principles to complex problems and leading smaller projects.

Responsibilities include designing tests, performing DOE analyses, and ensuring adherence to design controls and quality policies, with collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of engineering first principles.
• Strong technical judgment and leadership.
• Experience in R&D planning and cross-functional reviews.
• Proficient with Pro/E or SolidWorks and MS Project.
• Knowledge of DFSS and Six Sigma methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D tasks and contribute to Specimen Management platform.
• Design and develop in vivo/in vitro models.
• Plan and analyze DOE and design verification.
• Ensure quality policies and design controls.
• Communicate results to peers and leadership.
