Gilero, a Sanner Group company, seeks a Senior Project Manager in Durham to lead design and development of medical devices from concept to commercialization. You will drive projects on time and on budget, ensuring top quality and regulatory alignment.

Requirements include a BS in Engineering, 8+ years in PM with 5+ in medical devices, PMP preferred, plus strong writing and client-relations skills. Office-based at Durham with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or 4-year technical degree required.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• 8+ years’ experience, 5+ years as PM in Medical Devices.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of FDA/ISO regulations.

Responsibilities

• Organize project activities, lead the team and manage timelines and budgets.
• Lead multi-year medical device and drug delivery projects involving electronic and disposable devices.
• Forecast engineering resources for short, mid, and long-term needs.
• Generate financial and project reports for stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients for updates and build client relationships.
• Support Business Development with timelines and budgets for new opportunities.
• Facilitate internal and external project meetings and document decisions.
• Coach junior PMs and mentor team members.
