Job summary

Gilero, a Sanner Group company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead medical device design and development from concept to commercialization. You will drive complex projects, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a BS in Engineering, 8+ years PM experience with 5+ in medical devices, and willingness to work in Durham four days a week; PMP preferred. The role supports growth and high-quality outcomes across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience, with 5+ years in medical devices.
• BS in Engineering or a 4-year technical degree.
• PMP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize project activities, lead the project team, and manage timelines and budgets.
• Lead multi-year medical device and drug delivery development projects.
• Forecast engineering resources for short- to long-term needs.
• Provide project and financial reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate vendor activities and ensure QMS compliance.
• Mentor junior project managers and interns.
