Job summary

Actalent seeks a Senior Project Manager in Saint Paul, MN, to lead cross-functional teams on complex medical device programs including NPI and contract design/manufacturing. You will manage scope, budget, and timelines, mentor junior PMs, and partner with Finance for ROI analyses.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in project management, preferably within highly regulated environments such as medical devices.
PMP certification strongly preferred or project management credential.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional leadership and customers to create aligned, comprehensive project plans and schedules for complex initiatives.
Manage and direct project activities to meet objectives, ensuring proper allocation of resources, skills, and timing.
Anticipate, assess, and mitigate project risks with clear visibility to leadership and customers.
Complete resource planning and reporting to ensure milestone achievement.
Develop and improve PM tools, systems, and governance in partnership with teams.
Lead portfolio analysis to inform prioritization and decision making across projects.
Support business case development and ROI assessments with Finance/Portfolio.
Own full project life cycle from initiation to deployment and governance.
