Job summary

Convatec is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in Ostomy Care new product development and lifecycle management. You will plan, execute, track, and report projects within scope, time, and budget, coordinating R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations and Commercial functions.

Remote working with up to 15% travel to Deeside and Manchester is expected; the role emphasizes rigorous IDEAL processes, design controls, and strong communication to deliver high-priority

Qualifications

• Advanced Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Science; MS preferred.
• Project management certification is preferred (PMP, APM or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Project manage and deliver high-priority NPD projects on time and within scope and budget.
• Lead cross-functional Core Team to plan, mitigate risks, and coordinate dependencies.
• Guide low- to medium-complexity projects with limited supervision to meet specs and cost targets.
• Support higher complexity programs and learn from senior team members.
• Set realistic milestones and foster a high-performing team culture.
• Coordinate across functions to align workstreams with master schedules.
• Create detailed project plans with resources and timing.
• Maintain effective communication plans and stakeholder management.
• Monitor schedules and escalate issues to senior management as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Design Control and Conv. processes, IDEAL framework.
• Document and archive project information; contribute to PMO tooling.
