Job summary

DuPont is seeking a seasoned Program Lead to drive New Product Commercialization Framework programs from opportunity assessment to commercial launch. You will coordinate engineering, operations, quality, regulatory, and commercial teams to deliver compliant, manufacturable medical device solutions.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, with onsite collaboration across global sites and customers. A PMP and 10+ years in regulated product programs are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or Business.
• PMP certification required.
• 10+ years of experience leading complex product development, commercialization, or manufacturing programs in a regulated industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in new product development, design controls, technology transfer, and commercialization processes.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across multiple functions without direct authority.
• Strong understanding of program management disciplines including scope, schedule, risk, and stage-gate governance.
• Working knowledge of ISO 13485 and regulated product development requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs through all phases of the NPCF from opportunity assessment through commercial launch.
• Serve as primary program leader, aligning engineering, operations, quality, regulatory, supply chain, commercial, and customers.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans with scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Build and maintain trusted customer relationships as a strategic development/ manufacturing partner.
• Lead governance activities, including Stage Gate reviews and executive updates.
• Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution; manage risk registers and contingencies.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and design control requirements across design inputs/outputs, verification and production transfer.
• Manage program financials, including development revenue, NRE, budgets, and forecasting.
• Lead commercialization and technology transfer to enable scalable manufacturing across global sites.
• Support business growth through customer strategy discussions and development of program execution strategies.
• Communicate status, risks, and key decisions clearly to customers and leadership.
