The Procurement Manager at MPE, Inc. will lead the commercial and NPD procurement teams to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of materials for medical equipment manufacturing. Based in Milwaukee, WI, this role oversees procurement, inventory, and supplier relationships with FDA/ISO 13485 compliance.

Responsibilities include strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, supplier audits, and data‑driven decisions to optimize cost, quality, and delivery in a regulated environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of supply chain experience with 3+ years in leadership, ideally in medical device manufacturing.
• Experience managing Make to Order/Engineer to Order purchasing for capital equipment.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, ISO 13485 and related regulatory requirements.
