Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical degree or certification preferred.
• 4+ years of related manufacturing experience in regulated environments; medical device experience preferred.
• Ability to read drawings/blueprints and interpret technical details.
• Proficiency in English reading and following instructions; able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery with limited supervision.
• Set up equipment and assist with complex assignments as needed.
• Provide direction and training to others in the manufacturing area.
• Read and follow operating manuals, maintenance instructions and procedures.
• Inspect parts visually and dimensionally to assure conformance.
• Complete required documentation and maintain cleanliness.
