Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences in Irvine, CA is seeking a Senior Inspector to support manufacturing and ensure conformance with design specifications. You will perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections across components and finished products, and conduct tests using automated and manual equipment.

You will also review work instructions, enter data into JDE, and assist in training colleagues while maintaining strict adherence to SOPs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 4 years of related experience in electronics or medical device industry.
• Must read, comprehend, write, and speak English.
• Good computer skills and working knowledge of manufacturing software.
• Candidate will be required to pass basic English skills assessment.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspection across components and finished medical device products.
• Perform functional testing of finished devices using automated and manual testing equipment.
• Review and follow work instructions, record traceable information, and enter data into JDE.
• Verify manufacturing documents against drawings and GD&T methodologies.
• Train colleagues, coach staff, and fill in for Lead as needed.
