Responsibilities

• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspection of components and finished medical device products using tools and equipment to ensure conformance with design specifications.
• Perform functional testing of finished medical device products using automated and manual valve testing equipment.
• Follow work instructions and SOPs, recording traceable information on device history records; may enter information into JDE.
• Verify manufacturing documents against component and device drawings.
• May manage inventory to ensure proper storage conditions and movement.
• May train colleagues from other sites on inspection procedures.
• General housekeeping of the work area.
