• Identify ongoing training needs with Commercial team (Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Customer Care, Reimbursement).
• Develop and deliver workshops and training modules; coach field personnel in person or virtually.
• Support onboarding for new hires and ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate with field leadership to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
• Manage training programs and reporting requirements across country, including Canada.
