Job summary

Insulet seeks a Clinical Services Manager to advance patient-centered diabetes care by collaborating with healthcare providers and training teams across clinics, hospitals, and offices. You will serve as the clinical expert on integrating Insulet products into patient care strategies and will develop customized approaches reflecting provider goals and patient needs.

The role centers on clinical education, CPT oversight, and ongoing support to ensure high-quality care and successful device usage.

Qualifications

• Associate degree.
• 2+ years of related clinical experience.
• Professional, up-to-date credentials and/or certifications (CDCES, RD, RN, PharmD, or other).
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Establish Clinical Partnerships with endocrinologists, PCPs, and diabetes teams.
• Share expertise on diabetes management and technologies with providers.
• Expand network via local events and initiatives.
