Job summary

Insulet is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead clinical training and partnerships with endocrinologists, primary care providers, and diabetes teams. You will serve as the clinical expert, delivering education to providers and patients, and integrating Insulet solutions into care plans.

Based across the United States, the role involves in-office, clinic, and home visits, with travel by car within a set territory.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• 2+ years of clinical experience.
• Professional credentials (CDCES, RD, RN, PharmD) and/or state licensure.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers and patients on diabetes management and Insulet technologies.
• Build relationships with endocrinologists, PCPs, and diabetes care teams.
• Deliver personalized training in clinics, offices, and patient homes.
• Maintain Salesforce data and training metrics; stay within budget.
• Support commercial goals with clinical insights and training.
