Stryker in Honolulu, HI is seeking an organized Warehouse Associate to support inventory control and surgical supply preparation. You will train across product lines, inspect items for quality, and assist in preparing products for scheduled surgeries while maintaining accurate records and timely communications with customers.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of experience, plus a valid driver’s license and flexibility for weekend/evening shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years professional/relevant experience required.
• Preferred experience in warehouse or inventory control.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Train on different product lines in preparation for on-call responsibilities.
• Inspect products or materials for damage, defects, or shortages.
• Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure safety compliance.
• Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects and report damage.
• Prepare products for scheduled surgeries.
• Use computers to maintain accurate records and shipments.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Inform customers of receipt, shipping, and delays.
