IntePros is seeking a Sr. Buyer for a Medical Device/Manufacturing client in Audubon, PA. The role drives supply continuity, team leadership, and procurement strategy across the Supply Chain, partnering with Planning, Product Development, Sourcing, Quality, and Operations to align supply with business growth.

The ideal candidate enjoys analytics, problem solving, coaching, and building external partnerships in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with a focus on value and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Purchasing or Supply Chain experience.
• Strong analytical problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation capability and stakeholder management.
• Proven leadership ability with coaching and mentoring.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and data tools.
• Experience managing supplier partnerships and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with contract manufacturers to ensure feasible demand and align with production schedules.
• Coordinate with Planning to understand demand, trends, and risks affecting supplier performance.
• Conduct long-range capacity planning with manufacturers to allocate assets.
• Monitor delivery performance and address late items with manufacturing.
• Drive supplier quality and delivery performance to meet OTIF targets.
