Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a manufacturing associate in Minnesota to build products by following documented processes and meeting production goals. This is an onsite role requiring five days in the local office.

Responsibilities include assembly, inspection, process modification with engineers, and maintaining compliance. Strong English reading skills and attention to detail are essential for defect-free medical device production.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of work experience in manufacturing and/or assembly.
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions in English.
  • Ability to handle small parts for extended periods.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, repair, inspect and/or test products following instructions in English.
  • Collaborate with engineers on process modifications and improvement opportunities.
  • Set up and operate manufacturing machines/equipment per English instructions.
  • Maintain tools and equipment; clean as required.
  • Record information on approved documents.
  • Dispose hazardous waste material correctly.
  • Resolve problems and make routine recommendations.
  • Train other employees when necessary.
  • Maintain required certifications to stay compliant.
  • Work overtime as needed.
  • Sit or stand for extended periods as required.
