Job summary

Tris Pharma, Inc. in Monmouth Junction, NJ, is hiring a Manager, Medical Communications to support Medical Affairs with scientific content planning and delivery.

The role partners with R&D and Commercial teams and external vendors to ensure accurate, balanced product information and compelling medical education materials. Requirements include an advanced degree (MD/DO/PharmD/PhD) and at least 3 years in Medical Communications, strong scientific knowledge, and familiarity with industry

Qualifications

• Advanced degree and minimum 3 years Medical Communications or related experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Strong broad-based scientific and pharmaceutical knowledge.
• Knowledge of pharma compliance laws and guidelines for medical communications.
• Experience in medical writing and understanding of publication requirements.
• Ability to travel up to 25% (car/air).
• Experience in CNS/ADHD or Pain therapeutic area PLUS.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and executes scientific educational opportunities aligned with medical strategy.
• Directs development, quality control and endorsement of core scientific assets.
• Leads creation and delivery of medical content for major scientific congresses.
• Manages end-to-end medical review processes and approvals.
• Serves as SME to ensure medical integrity and balanced representation.
• Oversees vendor interactions, budgets and timelines.
• Designs and maintains centralized resource repositories (SharePoint).
