Job summary

Tris Pharma, Inc. in Monmouth Junction, NJ, seeks an experienced Manager, Medical Communications to support Medical Affairs with scientific content planning, development and dissemination.

You will collaborate with R&D and Commercial teams and external vendors to ensure accurate and balanced product information. The role requires advanced medical/biosciences training and 3+ years in Medical Communications, with CNS/ADHD or Pain experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in medical/biosciences and minimum 3 years Medical Communications or related experience.
• Strong broad-based scientific and pharmaceutical knowledge.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance laws, regulations and guidelines.
• Working knowledge of Commercial Operations functions and strategies.
• Experience in medical writing and understanding of publication requirements.
• Ability to travel by car and air up to 25%.
• Experience in CNS/Psychiatry, ADHD or Pain therapeutic area.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and executes scientific educational opportunities aligned with medical strategy.
• Directs development, quality control and endorsement of core scientific assets.
• Leads creation and delivery of medical content for major scientific congresses.
• Manages end-to-end medical review committees and approvals.
• Serves as a SME to ensure medical integrity and balanced representation.
• Oversees vendor interactions, budget tracking and milestones.
• Designs and maintains centralized resource repositories (e.g., SharePoint).
