Qualifications

• 2+ years in an acute care facility, professional office or integrated health system; documented education experience.
• Clear English communication in written, oral and verbal formats to achieve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Code diagnoses and procedures of records.
• Complete assigned goals and contribute to team outcomes.
• Serve as a resource to office staff, case managers, and clinicians.
• Act as team lead and assist in onboarding and staff education.
