Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking a senior contractor lead to support AFMEDCOM medical CBRN programs, offering programmatic, technical, and analytical support for DoD readiness, readiness, and expeditionary medical operations. The role acts as the primary contractor focal point for government coordination and reporting, driving performance and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated medical CBRN program, requirements, readiness, or consequence-management experience.
• Experience supporting DAF organizations and senior DoD programs preferred.
• Strong written and verbal briefing, research, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution and coordination of AFMEDCOM Medical CBRN support.
• Serve as the primary contractor focal point for Government correspondence, meetings, and reporting.
• Research, analyze, and recommend solutions to medical CBRN issues affecting DoD.
• Coordinate with government, sister services, and mission partners.
• Provide senior-level advice on medical CBRN readiness and all-hazards response.
• Oversee deliverables, meeting agendas/minutes, and monthly status/financial reporting.
• Monitor staffing, schedules, risks, and technical performance; ensure timely outputs.
• Support development and evaluation of medical CBRN strategies and policies.
