Job summary

TACFI Consulting LLC seeks an experienced Medical CBRN Program Analyst to support AFMEDCOM at Defense Health Headquarters in Falls Church, VA. The role focuses on medical CBRN readiness, consequence management, and emergency preparedness, with on-site work at DHQ and limited travel as needed.

The ideal candidate has DoD-level program experience and the ability to develop guidance, analyze threats, and support program development across services, with active Secret clearance required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting medical CBRN programs or requirements development.
• Familiarity with CBRN defense and consequence-management concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong research, analytical, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and document medical CBRN issues affecting DoD organizations and facilities.
• Review relevant DA F, joint, and service tasks, doctrine, and requirements.
• Provide SME support for CBRN strategy, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate with DoD and external stakeholders to develop guidance on Air Force Medical Service CBRN support.
• Analyze CBRN threats and recommend countermeasures.
• Identify gaps and draft requirements for modernization and acquisition.
