Job summary

LAUKOA seeks a Medical CBRN Program Manager / Lead Subject Matter Expert to lead AFMEDCOM medical CBRN support, coordinating program delivery, readiness, and consequence management for DoD medical operations.

The role requires 10+ years of related experience, advanced communication and leadership, on-site work with occasional travel, and a strong track record in government-facing programs, HIPAA/CUI training, and federal contracting environments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated senior-level leadership in CBRN/medical readiness.
• Strong briefing, technical-writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience coordinating with DoD and interagency partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution and coordination of AFMEDCOM Medical CBRN support.
• Serve as primary contractor focal point for government correspondence, meetings, and reporting.
• Research, analyze, document, and recommend solutions to medical CBRN issues affecting DAF organizations.
• Coordinate with DoW, sister services, federal agencies, academia, and partners.
• Provide senior-level advice on medical CBRN readiness and all-hazards response.
• Oversee deliverables including agendas, minutes, and monthly status/financial reporting.
• Monitor staffing, quality, schedules, risks, and technical performance.
