Job summary

LAUKOA seeks a Medical CBRN Program Manager / Lead Subject Matter Expert to lead AFMEDCOM medical CBRN support, coordinating with government and partners to ensure readiness and effective response. The role requires senior-level expertise and strong communication.

The incumbent will guide strategy, manage deliverables, and liaise with DoD and mission partners while overseeing performance and compliance across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in DoD/CBRN readiness, emergency management, or related programs.
• 5+ years direct medical CBRN or closely related experience and 3 years leading teams.
• Headquarters-level Air Force Medical Service, Joint or interagency experience desired.
• Strong executive communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution and coordination of AFMEDCOM Medical CBRN support.
• Serve as primary contractor focal point for Government correspondence, meetings, status updates, and performance coordination.
• Research, analyze, document, and recommend solutions to medical CBRN issues affecting DAF orgs and partners.
• Coordinate with DoD, sister services, federal agencies, academia, and mission partners.
• Provide senior-level advice on medical CBRN readiness, consequence management, and emergency preparedness.
• Oversee required deliverables, including meeting agendas/minutes and monthly status/financial reporting.
• Monitor staffing, quality, schedules, risks, and technical performance; ensure timely outputs.
• Support development and evaluation of medical CBRN strategies, policies, requirements, and initiatives.
