Job summary

Pure Infusion Suites is seeking a Billing Specialist who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about improving healthcare behind the scenes. You ensure timely, accurate reimbursement for biologic infusions and other services while helping patients access treatments without financial stress.

You will submit and manage claims, post payments, reconcile patient accounts, resolve denials, and collaborate with intake, clinical, and supervisory teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of medical billing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Working knowledge of EHR/EMR, clearinghouses, and payment workflows.
• Understanding of specialty billing and biologic reimbursement.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Growth mindset—excited to learn and teach.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of medical billing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with infusion billing or AMD platforms.
• Coding certifications (CPC, CCA, CCS, etc.).
• Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills.
• Familiarity with specialty pharmacy workflows.
