Qualifications

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant required.
• 3+ years of experience as a medical assistant.
• CPR training & certification.
• Phlebotomy skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Support onsite providers to facilitate high quality primary care.
• Greet members and establish rapport in the waiting area.
• Take vitals and perform age- and condition-appropriate screenings.
• Close quality measure gaps and document key health data.
• Perform phlebotomy and collect lab specimens.
• Prepare and administer medications and vaccines with provider authorization.
• Coordinate care tasks and ensure smooth clinic flow.
