Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lab tracking, ensure EMR documentation and prompt reporting of abnormal results.
• Develop and communicate provider and staff schedules for adequate MA coverage and patient access.
• Maintain scheduling templates for providers.
• Coordinate MA staff tasks to promote efficient patient flow and timely completion of tasks.
• Serve as a resource to staff regarding schedules, workflows, and administrative processes.
• Participate in interviewing and orientation for new Medical Assistants.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate supplies and equipment within authority.
