Job summary

Froedtert Health in Oak Creek, WI is seeking a Senior Medical Assistant to support patient visits and care coordination. You will collaborate with providers to ease patient experiences and handle routine clinical tasks.

The role requires 1 year of MA experience, a HS diploma or GED, and BLS certification with potential cross-site cross-training as needed. This on-site position offers a 40-hour work week and a Monday–Friday schedule with varied shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as medical assistant or in the field of the credential held is required.
• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• LICENSURE: one of CMA, RMA, NPCE, ABR-OE, CMA/CMA, LPN license or equivalent within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist the provider during patient visits and ensure a smooth workflow.
• Maintain Basic Life Support certification and stay compliant with education/licensure requirements.
• Cross-train to provide services across sites and float as needed to support clinic operations.
