Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Minimum 3 years of Medical Assistant experience in a faculty group practice or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary trainer for new hires.
• Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare rooms.
• Measure and record patient vital signs; collect blood and other lab samples.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and EMR documentation; ensure accurate data entry.
