Aufgaben

• Manage patient rooming, intake, visit preparation, and documentation workflows.
• Coordinate complex clinic flow by anticipating provider needs and resolving workflow barriers.
• Perform and document point-of-care testing, specimen handling, medication support, and clinical tasks with accuracy.
• Review patient charts, care gaps, and visit readiness information to support efficient encounters.
• Support quality improvement, care gap outreach, and documentation improvement within protocols.
• Provide guidance to newer staff on clinical support procedures and EHR workflows.
• Investigate and resolve non-routine clinical support issues, including documentation discrepancies and delays.
