Millennium Physician Group is seeking a Medical Assistant II (CMA/RMA) to support timely, coordinated care across ambulatory and specialty clinics. You will handle patient intake, clinical documentation, specimen handling, and medication support under physician supervision and site protocols.

The role requires CMA/RMA certification, strong teamwork, and adherence to infection prevention practices to maintain smooth clinic flow and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Certified/registered Medical Assistant role in ambulatory and specialty clinics.
• Under direct supervision, supported by protocol and site standards.
• Support patient intake, documentation, specimen handling, and medication support.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, record vital signs, reconcile meds and allergies, and prepare visit documentation.
• Assist physicians and licensed staff with exams, procedures, and patient education materials.
• Perform point-of-care testing, specimen collection, labeling, and related documentation.
• Provide approved medication support, injections, immunizations, or testing as directed by site protocols.
• Coordinate routine follow-up activities including instructions, labs, imaging prep, and prescriptions.
• Monitor exam room readiness, supply levels, equipment, and infection prevention practices.
• Identify documentation gaps or workflow issues and escalate to senior staff as needed.
