Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED and completion of an accredited MA program with externship.
• Current CPR certification.
• Certifications: CMA, RMA, NCMA, CCMA, NRCMA, CMAC.

Responsibilities

• Assist in examination and treatment and document medical records.
• Assist with in-office procedures and testing.
• Administer medications and educate patients.
• Precept/Onboard new MAs per program requirements.
• Update procedure manuals and workflows.
• Regulatory oversight of Lab responsibilities.
• Represent the office at clinical leadership meetings.
• Serve as a resource for staff engaged in similar functions.
