You will lead the design and validation of AI/ML models, collaborate with clinicians and engineers, and optimize solutions for cloud and edge devices, while ensuring regulatory readiness and robust performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in AI/ML, algorithm development, biomedical signal processing, or related healthcare tech.
• Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Deep expertise in machine learning and AI model development (classical and modern).
• Hands-on experience with physiological time-series data and biomedical signals.
• Experience deploying algorithms to cloud and edge environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, validation and deployment of AI/ML algorithms for continuous physiological monitoring, disease detection and risk stratification.
• Develop algorithms using multi-modal data sources, including physiological waveforms, EHRs, imaging and structured clinical data.
• Apply classical ML, time-series modeling, signal processing, deep learning, and multimodal AI approaches.
• Translate clinical understanding into robust algorithm design with clinically interpretable outputs.
• Build end-to-end pipelines from data ingestion to monitoring and post-market performance assessment.
• Partner with clinical, regulatory, quality, and product teams to ensure clinical context and safety.
• Develop and optimize algorithms for cloud environments and edge/embedded devices.
• Support verification, validation, risk analysis, and design controls for regulated medical technology products.
• Contribute to IP strategy, research roadmaps and external scientific engagement.
• Mentor engineers and data scientists, establishing best practices for healthcare AI.
