Job summary

You will drive end-to-end development from research to production, set technical direction, mentor engineers, and build scalable MLOps pipelines while collaborating with clinical and regulatory teams to accelerate real-world healthcare impact.

Qualifications

• PhD with 4+ years or MS with 7+ years or BS with 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or software engineering.
• Experience building and deploying applied AI, ML, LLM/LMM, agentic, or other decision or recommendation systems.
• Proven technical leader who can drive ambitious initiatives and influence cross-functional teams.
• Strong product judgment balancing speed, complexity and real-world impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of AI/ML algorithms from exploration through production, delivering clinically impactful outcomes.
• Set technical direction across modeling, data, and product design.
• Translate clinical and product needs into scalable, real-world AI/ML solutions.
• Architect reliable, efficient, deployable solutions in regulated environments.
• Build and scale experimentation and MLOps infrastructure to accelerate velocity.
