Job summary

Cytel Inc. seeks a Senior Medical Affairs & HTA Statistician to provide strategic and technical statistical leadership across the product lifecycle, with emphasis on Medical Affairs, real-world evidence, and HTA.

You will translate clinical, observational and real‑world data into scientifically robust evidence addressing questions for patients, clinicians, payers and healthcare systems, using modern methods and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Senior-level statistical/biostatistical experience in pharma or healthcare.
• Experience delivering Medical Affairs and/or HTA statistics work packages.
• Broad methodological expertise across clinical, observational and real-world data.
• Experience with HTA/HEOR, indirect treatment comparisons, and Phase IV research.

Responsibilities

• Provide statistical leadership for Medical Affairs and HTA evidence-generation activities.
• Design and analyse observational and real-world evidence studies.
• Apply epidemiological and statistical methods to real-world and clinical data.
• Contribute to HTA submissions, publications, and scientific discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
