Qualifications

• Senior-level statistical/biostatistical experience in pharma or healthcare.
• Experience delivering Medical Affairs/HTA statistics work packages.
• Broad methods across clinical, observational, real-world data.
• Strong ability to interpret data quality, bias and uncertainty.

Responsibilities

• Provide statistical leadership for Medical Affairs and HTA evidence-generation activities.
• Design and analyze observational and real-world evidence studies.
• Apply HTA/HEOR methodologies to support access decisions.
• Communicate statistical findings to cross-functional and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Development Statistics, Epidemiology, and Real-World Evidence teams.
