Job summary

Sirtex is seeking a Senior Medical & Clinical Affairs (MACA) Operations Specialist to lead the operations and administration for Medical and Clinical Affairs. You will manage grants, ISR programs, contracts, budgets, and cross-functional governance, with regular leadership reporting and strategic presentations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in operations or program management, strong organization, and excellent communication. Hybrid work options and a competitive package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or program management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end administration of educational grants, fellowship grants, and ISR programs (application intake, review coordination, budget tracking, reconciliation, closeout).
• Coordinate governance committees, facilitate grant and research reviews, documentation, communication and decision-making.
• Provide regular status updates and operational reporting to senior leadership; track progress and manage deliverables.
• Lead presentations and progress reports to senior leadership for strategic decisions.
• Oversee contract management and agreements for physicians and clinical studies; manage departmental financial operations.
• Support physician training, evaluation, certification, and proctoring programs; coordinate requirements and LMS updates.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, healthcare professionals, investigators, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
