Real Chemistry is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our Medical Affairs team. You will act as the client’s day-to-day contact, manage projects, and lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality work within budget and timelines.

This hybrid role is based in the US, with offices in New York, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, San Francisco, or remote within the US, depending on team needs. You’ll drive client relationships and grow strategic opportunities while staying abreast of

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years in healthcare agency client services roles with medical affairs, publications, and/or medical information experience.
• Strong organizational skills with deadlines and detail orientation.
• Independent thinker who collaborates well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client contact and provide regular status updates.
• Oversee account processes, internal meetings, and workflow across the team.
• Own medium/large client projects within budget and timelines.
• Communicate progress and proactively address barriers with recommendations.
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to credentials and pitches.
