Job summary

Centene is seeking a compliance professional to research Medicaid regulations, manage deliverables, and serve as a liaison with the state regulator. The fully remote role requires 5+ years of regulatory experience and a bachelor's degree in Healthcare or related field.

Ideal candidates will have experience supporting Washington Apple Health Medicaid programs and strong technical writing skills to translate regulatory requirements into operational guidance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of compliance and regulatory experience
• Strong technical writing skills
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory and contractual requirements and translate them into clear operational guidance

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regulatory communications with the state Medicaid regulator
• Oversee audit deliverables and timely submission of regulatory deliverables
• Research health care regulations using WC, FR and CFR resources
• Identify laws and regulations affecting health plan operations
• Draft regulatory updates and internal summaries
• Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders on regulatory matters
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings for regulatory updates and implementation
• Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams on regulatory issues
• Conduct ad hoc regulatory research
• Draft regulatory operations policies, procedures and job aids
