Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare claims processing.

• 2+ years supporting innovation and digital transformation.
• 2+ years implementing Agile practices in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise delivery of Medicaid initiatives across lines of business.
• Drive end-to-end delivery ensuring on-time, in-scope results.
• Identify and resolve delivery obstacles and mitigate risks.
• Monitor performance metrics and use data to optimize processes.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to translate goals into actionable plans.
• Mentor delivery practitioners and promote accountability and continuous improvement.
