Job summary

vTech Solution is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to oversee the technical implementation of multiple complex Medicaid-related projects in the United States. You will ensure state oversight and collaborate with vendor project managers to mitigate delays and cost overruns, supporting whole-person healthcare for Medicaid beneficiaries.

The role requires managing 15 Medicaid-related projects, strong CMS guideline knowledge, and experience with federally funded initiatives to ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large, complex IT projects, preferably in healthcare or Medicaid environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience working with federal funding requirements and CMS guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate approximately 15 complex Medicaid-related projects.
• Collaborate closely with vendor project managers to ensure alignment and progress.
• Support internal project management efforts for the Health Information Exchange Authority (HIEA) team.
• Manage risks to prevent project delays and cost overruns.
• Ensure compliance with federally funded project requirements and guidelines.
