Job summary

Cloud Analytics Technologies is seeking a Software Architect to support New York State of Health (NYSoH) development and operations. The role requires coordinating with NYSoH program staff, vendors and stakeholders to define requirements and architectural solutions that meet enrollment goals and regulatory requirements.

The candidate will lead design discussions, produce technical designs, and provide status updates to executives.

Qualifications

Experience (15+ years) in software architecture and design.
Experience with large-scale IT programs and executive stakeholders.
Extensive ACA/NYSoH and Medicaid domain experience.

Responsibilities

Work on complex software in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Communicate with business owners, IT program team members, and management.
Analyze and revise flow charts, process models, and technical specs for as-is or to-be IT systems or business processes.
Provide regular status updates to upper management on various projects and risks, issues, and mitigations.
Guide requirements gathering meetings to elicit functional and/or operational requirements to define system functionality and current operations.
Coordinate and document resolution of requirements and technical design comments and gaps with business and vendor staff.
