Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional work experience with data analysis.
• 2+ years of experience using Excel in a professional or academic setting.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze and correct submitted Medicaid encounters that were rejected or under review.
• Prepare and present recurring metric reports using SAS/AS400 data to clients.
• Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders and lead conference calls as needed.
• Maintain and develop relationships with key client contacts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
