CVS Health is seeking a Healthcare Encounter Analyst - Senior to research and reconcile Medicaid encounters within the State Medicaid Encounters department. You will analyze, correct and report on Medicaid data, partnering with clients and leveraging SAS/AS400 for metrics.

The role requires strong data analysis, advanced Excel skills, and excellent communication with clients. A growth-minded, detail-oriented self-starter will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional work experience with data analysis.
• 2+ years of experience using Excel in a professional or academic setting.
• 3+ years of professional work experience preferred in data analysis or related field.
• Experience with Medicaid Encounter PBM work is a plus.
• Strong problem solving and independent work abilities.
• Excellent communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze Medicaid encounters to identify discrepancies.
• Correct previously submitted, rejected Medicaid encounters.
• Develop client metrics and reports using SAS and AS400.
• Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead conference calls with clients when needed.
