Job summary

RiseMe in Milwaukee seeks a Senior Coordinator – Brewers Media to drive Brewers.TV media sales and inventory management. You will coordinate trafficking, asset fulfillment, reporting, and client satisfaction while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

You will support campaign delivery, forecast inventory, and contribute to performance summaries for clients and staff, with emphasis on game days and special events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of progressive experience in sports/media sponsorship sales or related areas.
• Experience with CRM platforms, media scheduling systems, traffic software, or advertising operations.
• Experience in professional sports, media, broadcasting, or entertainment industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, trafficking, and fulfillment of broadcast, digital, streaming, and media inventory.
• Maintain media calendars and inventory schedules across TV and streaming.
• Ensure assets are executed per contractual obligations and deadlines.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams on schedules and campaign changes.
• Monitor delivery and adjust to meet fulfillment goals.
• Support inventory forecasting and reporting for the sales team.
• Identify conflicts and underutilized assets and propose solutions.
• Prepare inventory reports, partner recaps, and performance summaries.
• Assist in research of industry trends and sponsorship programs.
• Liaise between sales, marketing, broadcast operations, finance, and vendors.
• Manage creative deadlines and asset delivery timelines.
• Assist with invoicing and reconciliation for campaigns.
• Improve processes to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Support game day and event sponsorships and promotions.
