Job summary

The Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club is seeking a Senior Coordinator - Brewers Media in Milwaukee, WI. This role oversees Brewers.TV media sales, inventory management, asset trafficking, campaign execution, and client reporting to ensure contractual obligations are met on schedule.

Responsibilities include coordinating broadcast, digital, and streaming assets; maintaining calendars; supporting revenue generation; and liaising with sales, marketing, and partners to optimize efficiency and results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years in sports, entertainment, media, or sponsorship sales/management.
• Experience with CRM, media scheduling, traffic and advertising operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, trafficking, and fulfillment of all partnership media across TV, digital and streaming.
• Support inventory forecasting, reporting, and reconciliation for campaigns.
• Prepare inventory reports, presentations, and partner proposals for the sales team.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on deadlines and asset delivery.
• Support game-day and special event media activation and hospitality needs.
